Scope

This notice applies to the public information website at https://notavelo.com. It has no accounts, file uploads, payments or newsletter sign-up. The music tools are not publicly available yet. A separate privacy notice will be provided before the application launches.

Delivery and security

Visiting the website involves processing connection data, including your IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and, where supplied, referring page. This is necessary to deliver the website, resolve errors and prevent attacks. The site cannot be delivered to your browser without this data. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.

Cloudflare, Inc., USA, provides hosting and delivery and processes connection and traffic data. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare’s privacy terms describe its roles and contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses for relevant transfers. Cloudflare privacy policy · Cloudflare data processing terms.

Cookies, analytics and embedded content

The website does not embed advertising networks, visitor analytics, session replay or remotely loaded fonts. Its code does not set tracking cookies or store visitor profiles in your browser. Cloudflare may use necessary cookies for technical security measures. External information pages open only when you follow their links and are subject to their own privacy notices.

If you select a light or dark colour theme, only that preference is saved under “notavelo-theme” in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to us and remains until you select “System” or clear your browser data. Without a saved preference, the website follows your system setting.

Email contact

If you email us, we process your email address, message and any information you choose to supply to answer your request. The email service provider is involved in transmission and storage. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related requests, or our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. Please avoid sending confidential scores or unnecessary personal data.

Retention

This static website maintains no visitor database of its own. Retention of operational and security data depends on its purpose and the applicable Cloudflare terms; security incident investigations may require continued storage. Email enquiries are deleted after they have been resolved unless statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further storage.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent you have given may be withdrawn for future processing. Contact the email address above to exercise your rights. This website does not use automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects or related profiling.

You can complain to a competent data protection authority, particularly where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. In Austria, contact the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb@dsb.gv.at.
